Local pick up available during boutique hours. You will receive an email when your order is packed and ready.
If your order says delivered and you can't find it, contact Canada Post with your tracking #.
Front Porch Mercantile is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We use Canada Post to ship your order and ship out Tuesday to Friday. Depending on your location it could take up to 7 days to reach you once shipped.
Life happens as do returns.
ALL ONLINE RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Returns must meet return criteria:
Must have original tag in original location intact.
Must be unworn/unwashed.
Free of any scents (perfume, smoke etc).
No stains or pet hair.
Footwear must be returned in original box and in good shape; no scuffs, no stains, no tears.
Timeline for accepted returns:
In store purchases - 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to return.
Local pickup - 10 calendar days from the date of purchase (not the date you pick up).
Online - Must be shipped back to us within 10 days from the date Canada Post says it was delivered. Please note that online returns are at THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS IN THE BOX.
Please note that there are NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on:
ALL accessories (no exceptions) including hats and jewelry.
Bath and body.
Exchanges are in store only. Online orders will be e-mailed a store credit, which you can then repurchase.
All orders are checked for defects before shipping but if we missed something and you have received a damaged product, please contact Front Porch Mercantile within 2 days after receiving your order. Contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If the item has been washed or the tag removed it is NOT eligible for a return.
We have the right to cancel any order at any time.
A cancelled order will be treated the same as a return and you will be issued a store credit.
Local pick ups MUST be picked up within 3 weeks of the order date or they will be donated.
